Chaper 12.

When The Sun Sets...
       ...A Story of Love, Lust and... Vampires?!

Chapter 12

            Malice Mizer were on tour. They’d been on the road for a few weeks now. Kami and Gackt had found that it had gotten hard to hide there relationship from the others. Staying in hotels, often sharing rooms with the whole band. There just wasn’t much time Gackt and Kami could spend alone. They were so busy with work which made it even harder. Every day was filled with the stresses of little things going wrong. Rehearsal after rehearsal was needed as each arena was different and sometime small changes had to be made to the whole dance routines. The whole band was growing tired but they were happy. The lives made it all worthwhile.

Kami was once again watching Gackt perform. Being in the back had certain advantages. He could watch Gackt from his position, but Gackt couldn’t see him being at the front. ‘Ooops!’ Kami thought as he missed a note. The audience didn’t notice but Mana managed to give him a look. ‘Maybe I should stop staring at Gackt and pay more attention.’ Kami’s eyes never left Gackt. His mind started to drift, he started to imagine doing things to Gackt. Things he didn’t really have the courage to do. His mind wandered to the things he would like Gackt to do to him, but he didn’t have the courage to ask for. His mind returned to the live, the audience were cheering as Gackt was running his hands across Mana’s chest. Kami felt that familiar stab of jealousy but ignored it. He had a lot more control of his emotions now and the jealousy was now just a whisper where originally it had been a shout. Kami smiled. His mind had gone to some of the things Gackt had actually done to him….

            Gackt could feel Kami’s eyes on him for the whole performance. He was annoyed because he couldn’t stare back. Gackt hoped he and Kami could have some alone time that night. It was so hard having to reframe from touching his lover for so long. Off course there were ways. Gackt had been known to fake tears just so Kami had an excuse to hold him. Kami did the same on occasions too. They both knew that each others tears were fake. Because Kami and Gackt both had reputations for being over sensitive, the others never could tell when the tears weren’t genuine. There was other ways off course. Kisses in dark corners when no one was looking. Hands ‘accidentally’ slipping when helping each other into there outfits. Kisses that were made to look like they were only messing around.

            That night Gackt and Kami were alone in there room. They had managed to get themselves a twin room in this hotel. Two single beds but that was OK.

            “I don’t feel well.” Gackt had lied to return to this room early. Kami had followed later with the excuse that he was checking on Gackt. The others had all been too drunk to really notice Kami’s absence. It was there manager’s birthday and they were having a party.

            “I need you now.” Gackt had said the moment Kami had walked into the room. Kami smiled and shut the door.

            “Maybe I don’t need you,” he had flirtatiously replied. Gackt wasn’t in the mood for games. He was already kissing Kami his hands running down Kami’s back. Kami wrapped his arms around Gackt’s neck kissing him just as passionately. Pulling away Gackt went and sat on one of the beds and gave a look at Kami that said ‘come here, I need you.’ Kami smiled and shook his head. He was in the mood for teasing Gackt.

            “Well if you don’t want to.” Gackt had said pretending like he didn’t care. Kami realising Gackt was not in the mood went and sat down besides Gackt on the bed. Gackt pulled Kami on top of him falling back. Kami was lying on top of Gackt on the bed. Gackt’s hands holding him there. Leaning down Kami started to kiss Gackt.

            Mana walked towards the room Gackt and Kami shared. Közi had sent him up to check on Gackt.

            “Can’t you go?” Mana had complained.

            “Just do what you’re told.” Közi had selfishly ordered. He didn’t want to leave the party. Mana glared at him and left the room annoyed.

“Why does he have to be so selfish” Mana complained to the empty lift.

Reaching Gackt and Kami’s room he didn’t bother to knock. He pressed down on the handle to find the door was unlocked.         Mana opened the door and walked into the room, “Gackt…” he began. He stopped at the sight of Kami on top of Gackt wrapped in a passionate embrace.

            Kami stopped kissing Gackt at the sound of Mana’s voice. He felt his face go red with embarrassment. He was also relieved that he and Gackt hadn’t gone much further than kissing. They were both still dressed, though Gackt’s shirt was hanging open and Kami’s was on the way to being the same. Mana’s face showed shock but nothing else. Glancing at Gackt he saw worry in his lovers eyes. Kami stood up and started to re button his shirt.

            “Sorry” Mana said realising what he had almost walked in on.

            “Mana...” Kami began before realising he didn’t have the words to say what he was feeling. He felt Gackt’s arms around his waist from behind. He was grateful for the comfort they gave him.

“We’ve been dating for awhile.” Gackt explained. “We thought it best not to let you know. I knew it would properly upset you. The others don’t know either.”

Kami blinked surprised. ‘‘Properly upset you?’ what did Gackt mean….. Wait did Mana have a crush on Gackt? That would make sense…’

            “I’m not upset.” Mana replied and he wasn’t. “Not if you and Kami are truly in love.”

            “We are.” Gackt answered for the both of them.

            “Would you do anything for Kami?” Mana asked Gackt.

            “Yes. Anything. I love him so much.” Gackt replied. Kami smiled happily.

            “I love you too,” Kami said to his lover.

            Mana smiled too, “That’s good to hear. Would you like me to keep this quiet?” he offered.

            “I think maybe I’m ready to come out.” Kami said unsure. “I think…”

            “Well I’ll let you decide for yourself” Mana graciously offered. “I’ll leave you two alone now.” Mana left the room shutting the door behind him. A few seconds later there was the click of the lock.

            “Now where were we?” Gackt asked turning his attention back to Kami.

            Mana smiled happily as he went back to the party. A plan beginning to form in his mind. ‘Gackt is finally going to be mine’ Mana thought the grin growing even bigger on his face.

I am so looking foward to the next chapter... NOT! Turns out i didn't get up to being mean to Gackt in this chapter. Actually part of me wants to write it to move the story on.... XD. Well that's 1 out of the two chapters planned for today. I'm going out for Lunch with my Grandma so i think 2 is proberly a good aim. who knows i might manage a third... this story will definatly be finished on Sunday. I'm pretty confident on this.
