Chapter 10

In The Light Of The Moon

Chapter 10

“No that’s not him.” Klaha announced looking out of Yu~ki’s bedroom window. It had been Közi’s idea to throw a party and invite his vampire friends. It was about a week later and he was more or less healed.

Klaha just had to watch from the window and watch Közi’s vampire friends arrive. He’d recognise the Prince if he saw him. He’d actually already spotted two Hunters but not the one he was looking for. Yu~ki was with him and the female wolf, Mei Ling

“You sure?” Yu~ki asked as he watched Gackt, Kami and Keisuke head towards the front door. It had taken Közi a lot of courage to actually invite Keisuke. He wouldn’t have had too. Keisuke would have tagged along with Gackt anyway.

“Yes. Positive.” Klaha replied. Yu~ki sighed. He’d so wanted to help Klaha but now he was at a loss.

“What did he do to you?” Yu~ki asked. Klaha ignored him.

“You shouldn’t ask that.” Mei Ling announced. She was sitting on Yu~ki’s bed. Yu~ki glanced at her and smiled. Mei Ling was beautiful.

“Well tell me about you then.” Yu~ki said hopefully.

“What do you want to know?” she replied with a smile.

“KEISUKE!” Gackt shouted as his brother lifted his arm to throw his empty beer bottle.

            “What?” Keisuke innocently asked.

“You can’t throw beer bottles.” Gackt glared.

“But that guy is ugly.” Keisuke laughed. The man he was talking about glared at him and wandered off.

“So you were going to throw bottles at him?” Gackt asked in disbelief.

“Yeah.” Keisuke agreed. “It’s what there for.”

            “No there not!” Gackt cried.

“Oh go back to kissing your boyfriend.” Keisuke glared storming off. Kami was sitting on top of Gackt kissing his neck the whole time the two brothers had been arguing. He was kind of drunk and didn’t seem to care what people thought of him that night. Gackt smiled, and did just what his brother had told him too. It wasn’t like him to follow anyone’s orders, but Keisuke’s had been a good one.

“You’re brother has good advice.” Kami laughed happily as Gackt kissed him.

“I have good ideas too.” Gackt smiled seductively. A few minutes later the two were on there way home. Gackt’s “good ideas” couldn’t be done in public spaces.

Keisuke stormed throw Közi’s house looking for the owner. He found himself on the roof. He had no idea why Közi’s would be here but his drunken brain had told him that Közi would be here. His drunken brain was wrong. He scowled. Why wasn’t Közi on the roof? It didn’t make sense. He headed back into the house scowling.

“Közi!” he shouted. There was no answer even though Közi had heard him.

“He’s gone out.” Mana lied for Közi.

“But I looked outside. He’s not on the roof anywhere.” Keisuke called back. “Oh I didn’t try the pond!” Keisuke suddenly announced as he left, looking for Közi in the pond.

“How drunk is he?” Mana asked Közi who only shrugged. Who knew? All he knew was that after Gackt had left, Keisuke had caused the party to get out of hand. Now everyone who didn’t live there had left. The one exception was Keisuke. Sighing Mana went to his own room to go to bed. Yu~ki had already left the house with some random woman.

Nobody heard the door open downstairs. They were all asleep. Keisuke had returned.

“Közi I found you!” Keisuke cried in glee. Közi awoke with a start. Keisuke was in his room.

“What do you want?” Közi asked.

“You know what I want.” Keisuke laughed. “I love you.”

            “No, you don’t.” Közi replied.

“Oh but I do.” Keisuke replied with a grin. “I kept the rings didn’t I?”

“Properly because you’re too much off a cheap skate to throw them away. You’ve properly given them to plenty of men.” Közi snapped. He was surprised by the look on Keisuke’s face. He had made it up just then, but Keisuke looked guilty. Keisuke really had just kept them to give too other people. The ring had meant so much to Közi. How could Keisuke have done that?

“Well yeah.” Keisuke laughed. Had he been sober he would have denied it.

“How could you?” Közi cried in horror.

“I’m not in the mood for talking.” Keisuke snarled as he pushed Közi back onto the bed. Közi struggled to escape but couldn’t. He couldn’t scream either. Keisuke’s mouth was pressed on his. It wasn’t even a kiss. Keisuke lips were just pressing on his to keep him silent. Then Keisuke’s lips were replaced by his hand. Közi managed to bite it, but it had no effect but to fill his mouth with Keisuke’s blood. He had no choice to swallow it or choke to death.

“Remember this?” Keisuke whispered as he pulled out the knife he had used last time. Közi shook with fear. No not again. The knife was cutting his chest now. Keisuke was just being evil for no reason other than to be cruel. He tried to scream but couldn’t. How could this be happening with Mana in the other room? If only there was some way he could awaken Mana. Közi glanced at the lamp at the side of the bed. If he just knocked it over it should awaken him… hopefully. He relaxed, hoping Keisuke would fall for it.

“Given up already?” Keisuke asked disappointed. “Oh well I’m still having fun.” Közi felt the knife on his chest again. Keisuke was distracted now. There was a crash as the lamp fell to the floor. Only seconds later Mana arrived to rescue Közi.

“Oh a new friend.” Keisuke laughed. He simply used his powers to slam Mana across the wall. But then staggered as Közi had hit him with the broken lamp.

“That’s not nice.” Keisuke snarled using his powers on Közi too. Közi landed on top of Mana in a heap. He yelped as Keisuke dragged him up and pinned him in a corner. Mana once again tried to rescue Közi only to be pinned to a wall with Keisuke’s powers. Közi struggled against Keisuke. Trapped in the corner with Keisuke’s body behind him. His face was pressed against the wall. Keisuke had given up on games now. He was mad. Közi screamed as Keisuke raped him. Mana was helpless to do anything but watch. Tears ran down Mana’s face. He couldn’t watch this! Mana closed his eyes but he could still hear anything. He cried for Közi. Genuine tears of regret that he couldn’t help out his friend.

“No, leave him alone.” Közi cried as he lied on the floor. Keisuke had finished with him and was now heading towards Mana.

“But he’s so pretty.” Keisuke laughed. Mana shook. “Let’s see if Mana understands the rules to the game. It easy really. Fight me and you get hurt. But if you don’t fight….” Keisuke pressed his lips against Mana. Mana terrified of what Keisuke would do decided it was best just to kiss back.

“He’s smarter that you.” Keisuke sneered at Közi. “Or maybe he’s just keen.” Közi was crying now. Mana had his arms around Keisuke and the two off them were kissing. Közi felt betrayed. Mana looked like he was enjoying this.

“I think I’ll save this for a time without an audience.” Keisuke whispered as he pulled away. “Besides I haven’t finished with your friend.” Mana shook his head.

“Please don’t hurt Közi!” Mana cried. “He doesn’t deserve this!”

“Sure he does, he won’t love me.” Keisuke pouted.

“I’ll love you!” Mana cried. “Just as long as you leave Közi alone.”

“No, I want Közi!” Keisuke snarled. “Not a little slut like you!” Mana burst into tears as Keisuke cut Közi along his inner thigh.

“Come on.” Keisuke laughed. “It’s ok. He enjoys the pain.” Mana glanced at Közi who was shaking.

            “No he doesn’t!” Mana cried.

“He does! He likes a bit of pain.” Keisuke smirked. The look on Közi’s face told him that Keisuke was right. “Oh didn’t he tell you? Why don’t you cut him and find out.” Mana felt the knife been placed into his hand. “Go on cut him.” Keisuke smirked. Mana nodded and headed towards Közi. He’d do whatever it took. Keisuke stood behind Mana and watched with an evil smirk. Followed by a cry of pain as he felt the knife been lunged into his chest.

“You bitch!” he cried, sending Mana flying against the wall. The knife had gone deep and he was bleeding heavily.

“I’ll be back.” He snarled as he staggered out of the room bleeding.

“You killed him?” Közi asked in disbelief. Mana shook his head.

“I don’t think so.” Mana replied sadly. Közi sighed.

“He needs to die” Közi snarled. “Before he does this again”. Mana nodded his head in agreement. He went and sat beside Közi wrapping him in a hug.

“Are you OK?” Mana asked worried.

“Yes.” Közi replied. “At least I will be when I kill him.”

“Would you like my help?” Mana offered. Partly in loyalty to Közi and partly because it would upset Gackt.

“Yes.” Közi replied as he recovered his strength. He’d need all the help he could get.

Why can't i just leave Közi alone? I feel so mean. Only a few more chapters left to go..... maybe 2 long ones..... proberly 3 or 4
